Quick and friendly service!
Awful customer service. Had trouble with a phone. Person who I spoke with didn't bother to try and reboot it. He made up some excuse about it not recharging to try and sell a new phone. I can go elsewhere.
Gerrill is a great dude and was super helpful throughout, I highly recommend.
As time goes by I feel less and less as a customer with actual customer service support. I came in bc one of my phones was acting up, it is 2 years into a 3 year agreement and the audio on the phone isn't working as it should but instead of trying to troubleshoot the rep just pushed the idea of opening up another line on the account to get a new phone.
