Tara is amazing! She was very patient and helpful with all of our needs. Would continue coming to this location because of her awesome personality and knowledge!
This place is absolutely horrible. Do not do business with Gerrill Griffith he lied to us about getting a free watch or tablet with a purchase of a phone and then laughed at us instead of helping. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. The manager did step in and was helpful, but Gerrill should not work here. If you value honesty and respect, go somewhere else.
Quick and friendly service!
Awful customer service. Had trouble with a phone. Person who I spoke with didn't bother to try and reboot it. He made up some excuse about it not recharging to try and sell a new phone. I can go elsewhere.
Gerrill is a great dude and was super helpful throughout, I highly recommend.
