9/26 arrived at opening. Was greeted by a young lady, shoulder lenght brown hair tattoos on her arms. Very very kind and patient with me. She helped me get everything i needed and i was out the door inside of 20 minutes. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Verizon location. The manager (his name sorry I couldn’t pronounce it is like Meiaun/Meine/Mion) told us that we were required to purchase insurance in order to buy a new iPhone. He insisted that without insurance, he “couldn’t sell us the phone.” This didn’t sound right, so we went to a different Verizon corporate store and spoke to another manager — who confirmed what we suspected: that was completely false. I have just spent the better part of two days trying to get service from Verizon. Apparently the decision makers at corporate office concluded that it was best not to serve customers at their locations-its all about sell sell. The store itself is not the problem as their hands are tied. I called Verizon and hold times are crazy, yet I visited their store and there were 5 employees doing very little, obviously underutilized.
