I been Otp with customer service the past few days for my business account with them. NO HELP AT ALL. Verizon keep hanging up the phone on me and can’t connect me to the right department to speak with. I have notes on my account so the representatives can have a easy understanding what’s going on but still no help. I been a customer of 6 years with my personal account with them. I just feel I’m not getting treated fairly disregards of my loyalty to this company.. I’m VERY unsatisfied
I felt compelled to write a review. I worked with Dave (I think that was his name) for over an hour. He solved a problem with my watch/phone that was unable to be solved by anyone else at Verizon. Prior to talking with him I worked with 8 different Verizon people online and in different stores. He was the only one to get it fixed. Honestly don't know what I would have done with him. Great service.
