I went into the Verizon store to buy a new case for my iphone11 and walked out with a new phone Iphone 18 Pro. I've had nightmare experiences at the Apple store when I've purchased new phones but today was an incredible experience! Sammy, my Verizon rep, expressed empathy to my situation and said that he would make sure my phone would be in working order by the time I left. He didn't disappoint! Sami and Omer were amazing! They were so nice and gave me full attention. They helped lower my bill, fix some things in my account and made my phone upgrade so smooth and easy. They're both so knowledgeable about issues and answered all my questions. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Not Verizon. This is an authorized verizon dealer called Cellular Sales. No easily visible signage notifying of this or their up charge policies. They charge set up fees, tax for devices up front, and charge more for their devices. My watch was sold to me unlocked. I normally go to the corporate store in Norridge and will go back there. I cancelled my order. Sales staff were Nice but not transparent about additional fees.
