Went to get a claim for a new phone and the employee named "Devon" was absolutely no help. I asked him about a deductible that I got from.a separate Verizon store and he said "the price is what it is and never changed. Dont know what to tell you." I finish paying the new deductible and asked him ok can I get a business card or speak to a manager?" He told me "you already finished your claim, we're done here." The worst experience in my 10 years with Verizon. The store staff made a mistake and upgraded the wrong line. When I came back to fix it, they refused to help, avoided responsibility, and told me the manager was “in a 4-hour meeting.” I called Verizon Customer Service, and when I calmly said they were treating me like I was stupid, their security literally forced me out of the store — in front of my child — as if I were a criminal. Great experience at this Verizon store! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me upgrade my phone quickly and easily. Steven attended me and made sure everything was explained clearly, and he made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend this location!
