Helped a friend get wi-fi for his new apartment. Customer service was great. Buddy got the wi-fi plan he wanted at the price he saw online with no hassles and no add-on purchases were required.
Got duped into a wifi and was told it would be free first month 30 day return guarantee. I returned the box unopened or used and was still charged over $70 and told I would get a next month bill credit. Don't go here if you don't wanna be lied to. They are committing highway robbery.
Worst customer service. They couldn’t even help with a small request. The guys who work there were unprofessional and not helpful at all.
Customer support sent me to this location due to an issue with a brand new device. Upon arrival when I went to check in a few minutes before my appt their check in system said my appr expired. There was nobody to assist me except a security guard. Verizon just lost a customer.
