I have the utmost gratitude and give a huge shout-out to Alberto P. at the N. Cicero store. He is, without a doubt, a shining example of outstanding customer service. I came into the store with a problem that was not of his making—a faulty upgrade phone from a different location. Went to get a claim for a new phone and the employee named "Devon" was absolutely no help. I asked him about a deductible that I got from.a separate Verizon store and he said "the price is what it is and never changed. Dont know what to tell you." I finish paying the new deductible and asked him ok can I get a business card or speak to a manager?" He told me "you already finished your claim, we're done here."
