The staff and management at this store are trashy and rude. The kiosk never works here or doesnt take cash. When You ask about it the manager and staff are sarcastic. They want customers to use their cards so they can steal your info and also double charge You. The people that work here are very nasty people. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Most Digrating and worse experience ever. I am legally blind and disabled with Lupus. I came to this store for help with my ID and validating my Fios account. wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Attitude and sarcasm not needed. She told me why am here at the store again and I was just there. Excuse me, I told I apologize but I'm not trying to bother anyone but that's rude. I went to this store a few times . Dealing with a identity theft and Stalking issues. I went to verify my identity. Came I was the for about almost to an hour. They took myvid and chose to write otherwise that I'm not the correct person when you clearly have my state ID. Like I'm legally blind and disabled I don't like to bother or intervene with ones work load. But I am here for help do it respectively and if your unable to refer me so I'm not wasting anyone time. Avoid going here if you can, like the other reviews say, staff does not want to help you and will make you wait an indefinite amount of time with zero acknowledgment or guidance. Team messed up on my trade-in and I’m a sitting duck waiting for them to fix it when it’s already been over two months with four in person visits and 6+ hours on the phone.
