Very rude and don't care
Just wow! And here I thought the 64th street location was the golden example of dedication to Verizon's core values of horrible customer service, poor support, a general willingness to rob people behind the guise of "security", and the complete inability to have a normal back and forth conversation. Im only giving 2 stars because of Noah, great guy, very helpful, but we went another day and what a HORRIBLE service by the other associates, a lady with a pony tail acted like she was doing us a favor, answering in a bad mood and very unhelpful attitude. Another guy who told us to come a little later, when he saw us didn’t even mind telling us to come closer, we thought he was doing something work related but when I got closer he was in instagram…. To expensive for me
Horrible customer service. I went in on the 86th location for an urgent matter with my phone on 7/14/25 and they did not care to assist me as they were in a rush to get home with me showing up 40min before closing (I was constantly reminded of them closing every 5 min in addition to the minimal effort to assist me as I was the one making suggestions for how to fix my dilemma).
