I went to this store earlier and there were about 5 people working and no customers. I made a joke to one of the sales people, because I watched them pick up the phone and hang it up when it rang. They claimed thats not their store phone, but a customer service line. There is a point to this.. I had just come in to exchange a phone for my son, it wasn't opened or set up in any way.
