Horrible customer service!!! Employees need to put their PERSONAL cell phones AWAY and focus on the customer!!!

I have been coming to this particular corporate store to pay the landline/FiOS bill for approximately 24 months as my husband had passed in February 2024. He was the account holder for the landline/Fios. I am the Personal Representative of his Estate. Since February 2024, I have tried to get the Landline/FiOS account changed to my name as I now own our home and PAY the landline/Fios bill.
