Helpful staff, good product knowledge
Had an amazing experience upgrading our phones with Naya (not sure about spelling). She handled everything quickly and efficiently answering all of our questions. Then when I had trouble transferring my data to my new phone I had to return to the store and Alec was so helpful and patient guiding me through the process. Best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store!
Very disappointed because they do not know anything about the new "Verizon Home app " which is set to parent control for internal "block "
((Long ramble please be advised I would recommend reading it if you don't want the same thing happening to you)) Horrible customer service I went there with my dad to swap out a phone and they said that they would not serve me and my dad And then proceed to call the cops on us because they accused us of doing a hit and run because they thought we hit a car out in the front but we didn't Hit a car and we even sat there waiting for the police because we know we didn't do anything wrong so it basically wasn't even a hit and run... read more
