I upgraded my phone here with the help of Abby and she was super helpful!!! I had such a seamless experience and I honestly owe it all to her. This will be my go to Verizon from now on bc of my experience with her. Super happy with the service.
I'm surprised this store has this low of a rating when their services are really good. An employee, Martha, attended to me and she was so nice! I struggled to fix my issue at a different store, which took like two hours but she fixed in like five minutes! Honestly, I'm glad I was referred to this store and I will be coming here for any and every future fixes.
