I would rate the Staff at this Verizon Store with 10 Stars if I could I'm 72 Years Old and I came to their store when no one else would help me and the Staff showed me Immense Compassion and Respect. Their Parents must be Very Proud of them!!!!! Since the details of my Situation are Very Personal I would have No Problem with sharing with people the Personal Details of my Visit through Private Messaging
After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 11 years, I am appalled by how poorly I was treated upon switching to another provider. Verizon effectively robbed me of my accumulated Verizon Dollars, offering no resolution or accountability. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I’ve never been so appalled or disgusted by the treatment I received this evening when I went to pick up an online order. The employee immediately met me with a chip on his shoulder, and I made a comment about how they are impossible to reach, because I had spent 35+ minutes on the phone with Customer Support earlier in the day just trying to find out if my order was ready.
