I would rate the Staff at this Verizon Store with 10 Stars if I could I'm 72 Years Old and I came to their store when no one else would help me and the Staff showed me Immense Compassion and Respect. Their Parents must be Very Proud of them!!!!! After being a loyal Verizon customer for over 11 years, I am appalled by how poorly I was treated upon switching to another provider. Verizon effectively robbed me of my accumulated Verizon Dollars, offering no resolution or accountability.
