If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I’ve never been so appalled or disgusted by the treatment I received this evening when I went to pick up an online order. The employee immediately met me with a chip on his shoulder, and I made a comment about how they are impossible to reach, because I had spent 35+ minutes on the phone with Customer Support earlier in the day just trying to find out if my order was ready. Cannot call to see if the have the.part I need, only call verizon support.
I’ve always had excellent service here. Charisma (sp) helped me last weekend and was SO patient with me and spent literal hours getting me get exactly what I needed. She was friendly and so kind to my daughter and just overall a huge asset to that store and the company.
I had a terrible experience here. First person to help was amazing, second person screwed me on information so I came back several time because she was not straightforward and wants to screw people over with her negligence. I came back after having to call customer service to get a straight answer. And now they are charging me again because the girl who said my account was closed didn’t know how to properly inform me she did nothing what I came in for.
