If I could give negative stars I would! Shaniqua had the worst customer service. She was rude the whole time and hung up on me. the so called balled manager is no better! STAY AWAY!!
Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account on login to Verizon. All of the agents refuse to help me and transfer me.
