My In-laws transferred from AT&T and opened account on 3/12/25. It has been an absolute nightmare getting them the credit/offer that was offered to them. After 5hr, 3hr and 2hr meeting with the Athens, Ohio service people, nothing was accomplished. We even resorted to calling Verizon customer support line, with no end, totally up to 8hrs recorded phone interaction time. Why is it so hard to find the phone number for the actual store?? I applied for a position online and for the life of me, nowhere online is the store number to be found. Only the ever popular 8** number that only deals with accounts. How do I talk to someone in the store over the phone??
