Tried to call sales but they don’t have voicemail setup so I can’t never get through. Maybe they should try t-Mobile service
I called this Verizon store about switching from AT&T. I went into the store a couple days later and met with the guy who quoted me the price. He was able to switch the service on my phones quick. When I asked him about the plan, he said everyone is automatically signed up on the welcome plan and that I had to call a number to get the 55+ plan.
