Had a really good experience today. After receiving a bunch of conflicting information from a variety of sources, and lots a terrible customer service from various providers, I actually got complete assistance. I can actually make a phone call from home now.
Destiny was phenomenal. Easiest Verizon experience I’ve ever had. So funny. 4 months ago was the best trade in experience I’ve had, or so I thought, fast forward to now and I’m still disputing charges that are the stores fault, yes I have screenshots and documentation that prove it, and now after all of this I still don’t have access to my iPhone.
