Absolute GARBAGE service. We have spent HOURS trying to use their stupid app that they keep forcing us to use instead of allowing us to talk to a HUMAN to transfer an eSIM from one Pixel to another. IT SHOULD NOT EVER be this difficult to conduct a simple transaction. Their stupid app bricked the phone and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE to assist us.
