5 STARS FOR THE STORE, 1 star for Verizon. For the 4th (and final) time I was lied to by agents at the Verizon call center, when they promised me something to get me to upgrade, only for me to be screwed when the device arrived. Jordynn took great care in selling me the device that the call center assured me they'd be able to override something for me once I got my new device & plan. She was perfect. At the location, they’re great most of the time. But I can’t call them directly anymore and I get this automated service that gives me the runaround: I wanna be able to talk to the person at the location I’m going to, that I trust and not some random person or location that I know nothing about, and that’s if I could even get to a person.
