In September we were promised 5 FREE phones for switching from ATT. We were promised $1600 to pay off 3 of the phones. We have still not gotten any of the money and the other 2 phones are NOT FREE ON OUT BILL I can’t tell you how ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED I am over the terrible service I’ve gotten. I have been to the store every single week since September and ZERO HELP
At this point, if I could put zero stars, I would. Back in September my mom went into Verizon to switch her phone and my phone to Verizon (my sister remaining at AT&T). They assured us our bill would be cheaper, and that we would get new phones, yay! With that understanding and double checking multiple times, we also got my husband and his mom to come on the plan with us. The worst location ive ever been to if you have a technical issue they'd rather risk losing the customer instead of helping the customer. If you aren't purchasing, switching service, or starting service they wont assist you. Over 12yrs ago I worked for Verizon I believe in helping the customer so when its time to upgrade or add a new line they'll come back to work with me. Joshua was able to fix my esim issue with my iPhone when other stores Could NOT help me. After spending hours with Verizon technical support, I finally got my issues resolved by Joshua. He is a true asset compared to the worthless tech support you receive over the phone and other locations.
