My original phone number has been in locked down since last Thursday no phone because the people at *611 don't know what to do!! They totally screwed my phone up.never was offered any discount or sorry 😞.
Horrible.... We went and upgrade our phones because we we're due for new phones. Now we get our bill $322 from $191... There saying we have 4 lines when we only have 2 phone lines.. I've been chatting with someone on line for almost 2 hours trying to get our bill resolved. Some one screwed up big time there and now my time is getting wasted trying to resolve this.
