The worst location ive ever been to if you have a technical issue they'd rather risk losing the customer instead of helping the customer. If you aren't purchasing, switching service, or starting service they wont assist you. Over 12yrs ago I worked for Verizon I believe in helping the customer so when its time to upgrade or add a new line they'll come back to work with me. Joshua was able to fix my esim issue with my iPhone when other stores Could NOT help me. After spending hours with Verizon technical support, I finally got my issues resolved by Joshua. He is a true asset compared to the worthless tech support you receive over the phone and other locations.
Josh and Vinny were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and fun! So impressed by the customer care here, will always come back to this store and ask to work with these gentlemen.
We had a great experience with Josh! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and really great at what he does!! He helped us find the most cost effective plan that met all of our needs! Thank you! Thank you! Highly recommend !!!!!
