This has got to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Place doesn’t even have a phone number to call the store direct only a number for a call center that can’t help with the issue. Guess I’ll be driving an hour outta my way to get them to do something. #worthless

Stopped at this location today looking for help with a new smart watch. So glad I did. David was right there helping someone else, he immediately started multitasking by helping me also. My partner and I were dealing with hours of misdirection and unhelpful mobile support for upwards of a week while attempting to transfer to Verizon, and decided to come into the closest retail store to us not expecting much to happen other than screaming and annoyance but much to our surprise it ended up quite the opposite. David heard out our issues, offered a clear path to a solution and also assisted with the calling of departments needed to fix our problem for upwards of two hours in store.
