My partner and I were dealing with hours of misdirection and unhelpful mobile support for upwards of a week while attempting to transfer to Verizon, and decided to come into the closest retail store to us not expecting much to happen other than screaming and annoyance but much to our surprise it ended up quite the opposite. Verizon is a joke I bought a total wireless Sim card kit and $40 plan a total of $45. I was told my unlocked phone was compatible with Verizon well after 2 days of there te h support the solution was to go into the store and they will hook it up another 2 days of tech support and along they are telling me my phone is compatible after they took another $45 up to $90 with verizons garbage neither verizon or Walmart wants to stand by there products I wouldn't recommend verizon or Walmart to my worst enemy they are both a joke
