Was dreading going to Verizon to turn my old phone in. What a surprise Jacob met me at the door. He was Amazing and Nice.
I recently upgraded my iPhone and bought it through Apple. I had issues transferring my old phone to the new one and my Verizon account was suspended. I couldn’t get anywhere with their phone or chat service and had to go into a store. I’ve had numerous negative customer service issues interactions with Verizon and was prepared to switch carriers but wanted to give the store a change. This Verizon store is newly remodeled. I ordered a new phone online and did Express Pickup at this location. The team there was friendly and willing to help answer all of my questions and get me set up with my new phone. I love the Galaxy S25! Thank you for the great service and helping everything go smoothly!

This has got to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Place doesn’t even have a phone number to call the store direct only a number for a call center that can’t help with the issue. Guess I’ll be driving an hour outta my way to get them to do something. #worthless
