I recently upgraded my iPhone and bought it through Apple. I had issues transferring my old phone to the new one and my Verizon account was suspended. I couldn’t get anywhere with their phone or chat service and had to go into a store. I’ve had numerous negative customer service issues interactions with Verizon and was prepared to switch carriers but wanted to give the store a change.
