Everytime I have gone into this store, every single member of this team is always been so helpful, kind and polite! I always go to this store for those specific reasons :) they never disappoint!
I went to this location as my fiancé said he had a good experience there. Not what I received. My daughter phone broke so we went there to replace it. while I was there I asked how much it would to upgrade mine. He gave me the information. So I upgraded both. Meanwhile he had a customer of his come in while helping us. All he worried about was them as an associate was helping them til he was free. I felt so rushed and like I didn’t matter. I would like to share how helpful and professional Mark Anthony Fabunan was for me and my son. His phone was broken and I was considering leaving Verizon for AT&T because my bill was very high. He went above and beyond to make sure that I not only stayed with Verizon but went through my plan with me and gave me a very satisfactory change to my bill. He also helped me with a new phone for my kiddo. Very appreciative of him and Verizon still has a customer because of him!
Use to love doing business with this store when Juan was there. He made it a seemless process. But the last upgrade we did in March was not the case without him. We traded in a paid off phone for an upgrade and told that the bill would go up to 3-4$ after the first month that had the other fees on it. 2 weeks ago we get mail from Verizon saying they never received our trade phone. I called the store spoke to store manager who told me he would take care of it and would call me back if any problems. Never heard back from anyon... read more
