I would like to share how helpful and professional Mark Anthony Fabunan was for me and my son. His phone was broken and I was considering leaving Verizon for AT&T because my bill was very high. He went above and beyond to make sure that I not only stayed with Verizon but went through my plan with me and gave me a very satisfactory change to my bill. He also helped me with a new phone for my kiddo. Very appreciative of him and Verizon still has a customer because of him!

Use to love doing business with this store when Juan was there. He made it a seemless process. But the last upgrade we did in March was not the case without him. We traded in a paid off phone for an upgrade and told that the bill would go up to 3-4$ after the first month that had the other fees on it. 2 weeks ago we get mail from Verizon saying they never received our trade phone. I called the store spoke to store manager who told me he would take care of it and would call me back if any problems. Never heard back from anyon... read more

If i could give a zero that would be better , worst service ever , its good for as long as they can make profit and sell you something , with mostly not being happy about it , I returned what ever I didn’t like and didn’t needed , than ofcourse your only a number , i have my land line with Verizon 25 years , very happy , i phone for as long as it excisted , now i am planning to totally walk away, and change providers , after i now end up this month , with a 500 dollar bill , specially when you are older , and not technically... read more
