Rude and disrespectful staff. Couldn't answer any questions or offer any solutions. I felt totally unwelcome as a customer. Went to the north Appleton location, spoke with manager TJ instead and bought a brand new phone with excellent customer service. Don't waste your time with these children.
What a joke. Horrible customer service. Won't do anything to help with a phone that is malfunctioning. The Calumet store employees are even worse. Definitely do not recommend Verizon at all. Horrible service and employees.
