Shane was wonderful. Explained everything clearly and was very patient with me.
This location needs signage to explain how things work. I walked in on a Saturday morning and there were 4 visible employees, all busy at tables with customers and no less than 20 other customers milling around, but no semblance of how to get to be helped by an employee. A very helpful employee assisted me, but a sign to set expectation and explain what’s up would be so helpful. You know how you walk into an Apple Store and immediately it’s clear how to speak to a genius? This is the opposite.
We have insurance and extended warranty on our phones and my husband took one of our phones in today 7/5/2025 because of a charing issue. We taken our phones here before and never had an issue. We were told repairs aren't done in store anymore and to take our phones to Geek Squad or somewhere else and pay for the repairs. Considering changing our phones to someone else.
The workers at this store will lie to you straight to your face saying they will fix what they messed up and will never do it. Also don’t trust anything they say about upgrading a device they will over charge you and not send you your receipt so you have no clue what they charged you for.
After days on the phone with Verizon Customer care with no solid resolution Mark at this store was able to assist me 100% with a purchase I had made online.. Thanks Mark!
