I was charged for services I never used! They had the wrong name in my account. They used my middle name as my last name.i never received even though I requested an itemized bill. Now I am being threatened with a collection agency, etc. They assigned a cell phone number to me that was never used by me. VERIZON IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE...CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR MUCH CHEAPER SERVICE
I had a great experience with the staff at this store. They intrepidly worked through a problem transferring service from another carrier. Tyrone in particular was great!
Shane was wonderful. Explained everything clearly and was very patient with me.
