Brandon is the most amazing tech savvy representative we have ever encountered. After a shipping error occurred with a phone that was promised to us and hours of incompetent phone reps transferring me incorrectly, I came into this location on the verge of switching our multiple line business accounts to a different provider but Brandon redeemed our faith in Verizon. He was efficient and super helpful!
Had the doors locked by 7:25pm when we arrived and wouldn’t take our business so we took it elsewhere
5 stars! They were so helpful and kind to us even though we came in late to get a problem solved that we didn’t know how to fix.
