We have not gotten good customer service from the store ever. They are dismissive and refuse to help anyone. We have had issues with my husband’s phone and have gone to this store seeking help. The first time they were dismissive and reluctant to help. The second time we went in to exchange our phone, and instead of helping us, they said they couldn’t because there was an error.
