The worst store ever. Lazy employees with zero customer service. Stay away!
Usually it takes me hours being here and lots of frustration.. but WOW i was in and out so quickly with a great deal and amazing customer service from Matthew! He was so quick and sweet and helped out so much. I’m coming back next time directly to him thank you verizon team!
I went today to ask some questions about getting my son a new phone..my problem was a little difficult because my son lives in Denmark right now..there was a young man named Mathew who helped us..we had no clue what we were doing and Mathew took the time to sit with us with my son on speaker phone from Denmark..he went above and beyond to help us and we truly appreciate it..We will be back to see him 5 star service..Thank you again Mathew
The manager Peter is absolutely the largest asset of this location. After being disappointed twice with mine and my husbands phones not connecting to cellular right away, Peter helped us happily two days in a row when two another employees (one in Linden NJ & one at this location) just tried to shoo us away & redirect us to apple. Thank you Peter for not only your technical support, but your kindness and professionalism.
