I will never go to another Verizon store or deal with trying to set up a iPhone through Verizon customer service after today. Beter was absolutely AMAZING!! He was able to fix my phone in minutes after being on the phone from 5 pm to after midnight the night before with Verizon Customer service. After midnight, the customer service rep told me they would call me back within minutes, which they didn’t, leaving me with a phone that I couldn’t call, text, or do anything on.
