Didn't experience any wait issues others mentioned. I walked in, barely got into sign-in process when a rep came over and I got my business handled from there. Still had issues later but those are sadly normal general issues and have nothing to do with location itself. Just a reminder that this is an actual Verizon store not a licensed dealer, so you don't deal with middlemen.

The worst service, I bought the phones online and I went there to pick them up and they didn't help at all.
the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with setting me up with a new phone! i believe the name of the employee that helped me was allen
Was told by Verizon support that they had fios routers that I could get to replace the damaged one I had at home, within moments of stepping in was told they don’t, I don’t know how the system works but why would customer support lead me to this store and leave a message saying I’m coming in to pick up a router if they don’t have one to begin with?
