Verizon is the most expensive carrier by far. So when there is a “national outage” and you’re customer service reps can do absolutely nothing to get my phone working, don’t be surprised when you lose thousands of customers. What happened to “you get what you pay for”? I’m paying for premium coverage and service and that’s not what I’m getting. I suggest if you have Verizon, you leave. They don’t deserve your business. Or mine. I will be switching immediately.

Wow - I have never seen a manager less interested in the customer experience. There was a "waiting list" to be helped, even though there were only 3 people in the store. An associate was helping one, and the manager was helping another. When the manager finished with her customer, I asked a question. She responded by telling me to get on the list. I did. Customer experience does not occur unless you’re willing to pay a fee. I asked the associate to look at my phone as I was having some issues. They would not look at it unless I agreed to pay a $30 fee. Do right by your customers.

I bought a new watch to replace a broken Apple Watch. I just needed their help setting up the cellular on the new watch. I signed in and saw there was only one person in line ahead of me. I waited a half hour while employees did their best to look busy. Three employees were chatting with a customer who wasn’t even buying anything. Others hid in the back room while I patiently waited. I finally gave up and called Verizon directly. Avoid this place at all costs!
