I bought a new phone and thought the experience went well. Then I found that my old phone's battery died in the middle of the file transfers from my old phone to my new phone. I've had to spend hours re-doing my contacts, trying to get tech assistance to bring over keeper photos and videos that I wanted on my new phone, and re-typing my extensive lists, that also didn't transfer over. I just wish this issue had been recognized before I left the store.

I'm in the store now, I've been here for 40 minutes thus far. Not a single employee has spoken to me or even looked in my direction. I used to work at this store and managed a phone in Jordan creek mall for 10 years. It's insane how "different" poor the customer service has become. I've been a Verizon member for over 10 years, both of my lines are eligible for full upgrade, and I am here to add a line, with phone protection. Waited an hour. Was on the waiting list twice. Hard to understand how they grab random customer instead of who's on list. Complained once but still did not get help. This is horrible way to treat someone as a business and personal customer for over 10 years.
