Can I give one star? I have a business account which this store can't seem to service. Spent 20 minutes being handed from one person to another who couldn't figure out Verizon's systems to do a phone upgrade. I was told that deals are better on the app than in store and I'd be better off to leave and do it myself. When I asked about the feature differences of phone models the only response that the CSR could give me was one was "for old people".

Rylie was such a help and same with Dakota. Both were very friendly and supportive with choosing what I needed and the plan they helped me obtain was everything and more. I’ll 1,000,000,000% be coming back

We just received EGREGIOUSLY poor customer service at this Verizon store. My 13-year-old son and I arrived and checked in for their waitlist at 4:10, as shown by the time stamp on the text message we received. We waited outside the door of the store since all the seats inside were taken by other people waiting. Their online waitlist showed us moving up and down the waitlist over the next hour, at various times with 4 people ahead of us, then 2, then 4 again, then 2 again and finally 1.
