I went to this verizon location to talk about my phone that I've had for 3 months, which is both under warranty and covered by insurance I pay for, and had issues with the screen along the fold. the guy at verizon didn't even ask my name, he just saw my phone and said "that's damage so wont be covered by warranty." Went in to return a device within the 30days and I have a lot of old phone numbers on my account,I used to supply phones for employees, anyway the sales person mumbled , so I think he said can't exchange it or return it didn't really give a reason .so went online to Verizon and printed off return slip . Verizon said I can return it ,so not sure what issue was.
Stay far away. There is no customer service. None. Zero. If you run into an issue you can expect random charges to your card and no ability to speak to anyone who can help. I've been working on an issue for a month and still have no hope of resolving anything. The biggest nightmare I've ever experienced as a customer.
