Good cellphone store
Got service almost everywhere I go.
This review is for two experiences I have had with this store. I went in to add a line to my "consumer" account and was told it was maxed out and needed to be switched to a business account, which I was completely fine with. The individual that "helped" me was unable to get anything done with I was there (2-1/2 plus hours) it ended up talking almost 2 weeks with me being out of some of my equipment before everything was resolved. I was about to walk in the door as two employees were walking out. they said "sorry we just closed". I thought 6:00 p.m. closed on a Friday was kind of strange but I was a new customer and didn't know the app to download to pay my first bill. So I asked the employee, can I ask you a question real quick. To which she said "no.." I thought he was being funny so I chuckled and said are you serious and he's goes "...yes" and walked right away from me. cannot make this stuff up lol
They are going to tell you untruths to get you to purchase all kinds of extra services. Don't do it! I specifically asked questions and the salesperson, Justin, lied. You can always add them later after you look into it further to see what the real information is. We were lied to a few times and then no one helped us set up our phones to get them working because the store was closing.
