Unhelpful, quick to sell you on products but hands up when needing help on just about anything. Of the 5 times I’ve entered this location the time I was taken care of was buying new devices and starting service. Terrible company policies, they’ll quickly offer customer service phone numbers and push you out the door. Frustrating.
Yesterday, my mom and I had a very frustrating experience at the Fort Gratiot Verizon store. We walked in knowing exactly which phones and plans we wanted, yet the sales associate kept pushing a business account, additional new lines, and streaming services we never asked for. After disappearing for 20 minutes, he returned with a “plan” to save us money that required opening extra lines and signing up for services we would later need to cancel. Jake was patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and worked hard to get me a great deal on new phones and a watch. Ultimately my bill went down!
