The worst signal in the area and we live close to the store. The cell service is not worth the money when you only get one bar of service

I visited the Verizon store yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I was hoping to exchange my iPad, but the staff didn’t seem interested in helping me. When I arrived, I waited for a significant amount of time before an agent was finally available. Instead of assisting with my exchange, they simply processed the return of my iPad without offering me a replacement. I would like to say that I appreciate the fast service when I walked in today my phone wasn’t working with a sim failure , it is my business line and I was dead in the water , I walked in and Conner had me back up and running in 5 mins I can’t thank you enough and I appreciate the awesome job you did for me thank you

Unhelpful, quick to sell you on products but hands up when needing help on just about anything. Of the 5 times I’ve entered this location the time I was taken care of was buying new devices and starting service. Terrible company policies, they’ll quickly offer customer service phone numbers and push you out the door. Frustrating.
