I came into the Verizon store in Port Arthur and was greeted by Ivette .. I explained to her I wanted to upgrade and also add a line for my 14 year old son.. She showed me my phone options and phone plan .. She explained everything and the transaction was done smoothly and I was very satisfied… That night when I gave my sone his phone he ended up locking himself out of his phone ..
