I've been with Verison for over 30 years. I'm grandfathered in to a out e erything they offer.
Not that its the fault of this particular location but rather a fault of the roadside assistance feature. I had a flat while taking my daughter to a doctor's appointment, I have paid for roadside for a year or more now and never used it. They took forever! I called 15 people, took my tire, got someone to take my tire to get a patch, and bring it back and put it back on. Took 2 hours. But was still quicker than roadside getting there.
