I went in to see if they could fix my data plan that was incorrectly adjusted by another employee when I bought my new iPhone. The clerk who I spoke with cut me off and said those plans aren’t offered anymore so they can’t help. Then he said “maybe customer service could I don’t know” and told me to call Verizon. Save yourself the trip and just call or go online. Pretty useless and honestly a bit rude…
$239 instead of the promised $830 for our trade in. I’d watch my back with Verizon! Absolutely ridiculous handling of the trade in value! We’ve always gotten full credit for our trade ins in the past and the phone was nearly perfect. I’m not finished righting this wrong.
Never ever again. Worst customer service ever. Started with rudeness and ended with nastiness. The sales rep actually said “I don’t have to sell you a phone”. Ummmm no you don’t and I don’t want one from you or this location. Would give zero stars if I could. That rep shouldn’t be allowed to interact with customers at all. Him and his nasty attitude should be kept away from people. So condescending. So ew. Went down the street to the Verizon on Triskett and got great service. Stay away from this one.
Customer service is dishonest. They will sell you one thing and write up a contract another. Agents make commission on what they sneak in. Make sure you read every word of the contract a few times through and possibly videotape your interactions? Verizon would be illegal if they weren't such a monopoly with significant political power.
