Poor variety of available phones. Not very friendly staff. Super disappointed.
Verizon Wireless overall is loosing my interest after 19 yrs of being a customer however, the staff at this store is still genuinely interested in the service that Verizon was once known for. One particular associate stands out and that is Ricco. He is kind, patient and interested in helping you resolve any issue you have and to not just rush you out the door. The in store staff always gives great customer service. It's when you have to call Verizon that the customer service is abysmal. That is what may make them lose a lot of customers.
They talk in circles and don't actually ask what you want before running numbers. Tapping away on a tablet without communication. Confusing process and leave add-ons without asking if you want them.
