Avoid this location at all costs. The absolute worst I have ever been treated by a customer service rep. I walked in asking for a quote if I were to switch to a new plan with just my husband and was immediately dismissed and made to feel stupid because I wanted to leave a family plan? Even if it’s more expensive sometimes it’s worth it for flexibility/ease of access…. Been with Verizon since the early 2000s. I try not to write negative reviews often, but absolutely avoid this location at all costs! We went in for assistance and the store manager laughed when we asked to transfer plans, I also asked to compare options of upgrading and staying on my current plan and they ignored us and said we had to call a number, then he proceeded to walk away, as we were on the phone with customer service the staff was laughing and yelling in the background and we couldn’t hear the customer service repre... read more

Some wait time. Very helpful staff. However I had to go back. The number necessary to transfer my daughter's number to her new carrier requiresd multiple attempts. Transfering out of Verizon was not so easy.
