Terrible experience here. I went in to get New phones with an upgrade. I told the salesperson I did not want my bill to go up. After looking into it he told me he could get me three new phones and all these perks babe I get my first bill and not only did it not go down $60 but it went up $90. I called customer service and after being on the phone for an hour, long story short, they told me there's nothing they can do to honor what their salesman had told me unless I wanted to change to a lesser plan and have my perks removed... read more

Verizon told me I was a victim of unauthorized MAC Bridging and IP Address Hijacking. All of my search results are coming back to the hackers location at El Prado Estates RV Park in Yuma, AZ. Verizon will not cooperate with Law Enforcement to stop the person hacking Verizon customers. All of my search results continue to be for the hackers location.

Cody was very helpful, understanding, and patient with us. He reassured us he would take care of us and that’s exactly what he did. We had a bit of a hiccup when we first switched to Verizon. The associate who was originally helping us put our shipping address in the account wrong. We live 3 hours away from where our phons, iPad, and watch were shipped to. The package also got lost in transit. So we had to reorder. Cody jumped right on this and he took such good care of us!
