It's not the fact that it took a really long time to get help, but when my data got transferred, they failed to ask about Microsoft authenticator, and none of my codes were transferred over. I cannot get into my school account and this week is finals week. The experts are supposed to know these things. I spent hours on the phone with Microsoft and they cannot help. But Verizon should have known this when I called them all I got was and I'm sorry. This Is unacceptable.

I was incredibly disappointed at the lack of customer service I received when I went to this location. The individual who assisted me was not at all knowledgeable about how to switch my service over to a new phone. I'm giving two stars because they did provide the chord i needed to upload my iPhone information to my Samsung. When I clarified that my service switched over he said, "i don't know, sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't." And gave me the help desk number. Staff very rude! Have & use a cell phone from Total Wireless, OWNED by Verizon. Refused to help me with problems on my phone even though Verizon owns Total wireless!
