Recently received my new phone from Asurion, a Galaxy Z Flip 5. I have widgets set up on my main screen for games, finance, shopping and etc. Came into the store today as im having an issue. If a widget isn't closed, I'm unable to open another, it just keeps reopening the same one. The Verizon CR asked if I have a screen saver, I do. It's too bad there isn't another Verizon store in the area. They know most of us don't want to drive to Tucson to get better service but believe me it's worth the drive. Find a store that isn't corporate owned. You'll have a better experience. Remember that you have 30 days to exchange your new phone or give it back, it'll cost you a restocking fee of $50. I went in to have my bill explained to me My husband’s phone needs a new screen saver I’m supposed to have protection coverage He had been in a few days before & since he didn’t want to buy a new phone they blew him off After waiting a half an hour I finally got someone who said they don’t have the screen saver & gave me the wrong website Sent me to Walmart (they didn’t have it either) The kid there said that store does that often to get rid of people I have had Verizon since the beginning I was with the company they bought ... read more
