The absolute worst customer service and experience I've ever had with a phone company. They lied on multiple occasions about the deals that we were supposedly getting, were charging us for plans that we didn't need, and when we switched took out an outstanding balance days before it was due which caused my account to be overdrafted. I will never use Verizon again and will recommend everyone else to do otherwise every opportunity that I get. They don't care about the customers at all, it's just their bottom end.
Customer service was non-existent at this store. I lost my phone and needed assistance filing a claim. The rep gave some general directions, then walked away. No help trouble shooting issues that I encountered. At one point all four reps were standing around and we were the only customers in the store. Still no assistance. I’m sure they would have been happy to help if we were buying a phone, but no customer support after the purchase is made. We left and went to the store in Nogales. They were amazing!!!
I have never been so disgusted about how a customer was treated by two of the employees from this store. An elderly gentleman came in for some help with his phone that had been stolen and recovered. The phone had been locked by who stole it and he needed some help. He was upset when they couldn't help and didn't explain the reason, he dropped the phone on the counter and left. One of the "Customer Service Tech's" picked up the phone and through it in the planter outside the store.
Additionally! Train your CR when it comes to returning internet products. You do not need to call Verizon, deal with long wait time, to request a shipping label, to then be told you can take it to a UPS store, with no box or label. Recently received my new phone from Asurion, a Galaxy Z Flip 5. I have widgets set up on my main screen for games, finance, shopping and etc. Came into the store today as im having an issue. If a widget isn't closed, I'm unable to open another, it just keeps reopening the same one. The Verizon CR asked if I have a screen saver, I do.
