Lousy customer service. I came into your store on 3/20 because my phone is only working with laptop charger, it won't work with the original charger. I bought another charger here in February because I thought the original charger had gone bad, but when I tried the new one, it didn't work either. Jonathan helped out appreciate his experience with all Meta products. He was able to give me full specs on all Meta products! Because of his expertise I bought a pair within minutes great customer service skills! When come back I am ask for Jonathan you should too🤳

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. The tech didn't listen at all. He messed up both my husband's and my own phones. He was more interested in selling us crap than doing what Technical Support had directed be done with our phones. Not worth going here and we won't be going back. Waste of our time and the tech only messed up our phones.

Some of the worst customer service you can expect to receive. Every time I come to this place, I watch the employees actively ignore everybody waiting to be helped. You can wait half an hour just to be noticed by somebody and when you finally get their attention they don't know what's going on or don't want to help.
