I’ve had the opportunity to deal with both new city and nanuet locations recently, If you are in the Rockland county are be sure to avoid Nanuet and head on over to New City Verizon Wireless. Robert from the Nanuet, NY location first did not help us and let us sit there for almost 10 minutes while he finished his conversation with his buddies then when he did interact with us it was to be utterly disrespectful.
