Caution: deceptive business practices at this location. The lowlife junior salesperson here added a $10 monthly reoccurring charge for a 100 gig wireless Hotspot to both my, and my wife's, account (separate accounts) while we were in the store looking for new phones for her. 3 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service to get charges reversed. I will never shop to this location again. These people are straight thieves.
Great location, I’ve been with Verizon for over 10 years, great customer service, clean location, friendly staff, fast service. An extra thank you to Demuir, who was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Wanted to upgrade my phone. Ended up doing it myself on the app and having it shipped to me while in store while the employees sat on their phones. As other reviews stated, the staff is completely uninterested in helping and I felt like an inconvenience by being at their place of employment asking them to do their jobs.
