Today, I went to the Verizon store in Nanuet because I wanted to upgrade my phone, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The Spanish speaking representative who assisted us demonstrated very poor customer service from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, not even a simple hello or good afternoon.
