Horrible service, I'm a business customer with Verizon, I can't get claim with z fold 6 , they said it's not registered, How this is my problem??? It's a bad service with bad communication, I'm writing this, while I'm in phone with them to get it resolved. It's been one and half month. It's ridiculous. By the way not recommended 🤯
Went in for a new phone for my son and 20 minutes later we were out the door with one. Great customer service.
Matt was a truly exceptional worker. He helped us out the whole time when he didn't have to, gave us every option that we had to make sure we were choosing a plan that was right for us, and was super accommodating to my last minute visit and needing a phone even when they were out of stock. Was patient with us with all our questions. Really impressed with his customer service and am very grateful for his help!
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
