Very good, I like the service
As per usual when it comes to Verizon, the salesman promises one thing and another thing is delivered. My plan was changed and I explicitly asked about what the fees would be today and ongoing. I was told there would be zero increase in any fees. Logged into my account later and found charges totaling about $300. Verizon and it's salesmen have been about the most untrustworthy and reliable people in business for the last 10+ years.
