Went there to pay my bill for the month it was quick and easy to do. One way was with a store employee or they have a machine in there just for paying your bill with out needing a store employee to do it for ya. Easy and fast way to do it with out waiting if they are busy

My 85-year-old mother went to Verizon on Route 300 in Newburgh to address a landline issue that required in-person attention. rating the verizon corporate store located in Newburgh NY RT 300 a one star. i transferred over to verizon from at&t and at first they were so helpful, communicative & thoughtful. which is all an act because they want you to transfer over. the manager, mike, had told me that i would be funded a credit amount for paying off my bill/phone with at&t. once they set me up with the new phone and took my trade in, they completely disregarded the application to fund me back the money with AT&T which was $500. i then tried contacting... read more
