Kevin jimick serve me beautifully at the Verizon store in Newberg. On route 300, he was a miracle worker. I'm telling you, I was freaking out cuz. I couldn't get a zoom meeting. The sound The microphone was off, and I could not find it. So instead of the meeting, I canceled over, I'm 10 minutes away. And you know what, he helped me out.
