If I could give a zero I would in a heartbeat. As a senior citizen I went in to discuss plans and see where I could get the most for my money. The employee's seemed more interested in texting on their own phone instead of assisting Customers. Long story short I went to another carrier who seemed anxious to help and explained what plan they thought would be best. It's what customer Service is all about sorry Verizon you dropped the ball on this one very disappointing.

Not very impressed, customer service has been abrasive and none of the workers are interested in helping. Many associates standing around gossiping, yet there is over an hour wait to get a replacement phone. Three of the men have checked in with other customers but we've been waiting over 30 minutes with no update. Sad. Can't be that hard to follow prompts on a screen. Never come here.

Avoid!!! Beware and check your bill after going here. This use to be the best store, but now they remodeled and want to rake customers over coals to pay for it. My wife bought a new iphone in September from Ryan (avoid) a week later we received a bill with many services we did not want or even discuss. I was livid, went down to the store and spoke with Dan (avoid) who apologized, claimed to be the manager and fixed my account, so I thought. Next bill received not only still had the services, but more were added to my phone. ... read more
