This store deserves 5 stars not 3.8. Mahlik was beyond helpful, patient, personable and extremely knowledgeable about all Verizon product. The store has great energy, and the way each of the people working there interact with each other was refreshing to see… this store truly understands customer service!

Go to this Verizon store they are corporate and they are actually helpful haha Mike is running the store I imagine anyone else in the store is equally good I've been coming here on again off again for a number of years probably 10 or 12:00 and they're always top-notch customer no service phone number is now useless go to the store they will help you out see Mike or any of his fine team thank you my actual name is Will
Shout out to Maliek for his calm and considerate customer service and Manager Mike for the relentless effort of fixing my business account, promo credit issues and wrong device data, some change, 2 overseas reps and two other departments ....NM it took a village!!
