Verizon curb side pick up-lies!! Pick up orders supposedly are to priority-not true in reality. 44 min and 2 walk-ins later-I got out of my car and went inside.

I went to this Verizon location to get help with bill & buying newer i-phone. I was helped by both Santiago, who was our primary contact, and Gabe. They listened to our concerns, showed us where we could adjust the bill (getting rid of unused items) and set up the iphone 16 Pro Max. Our local and regular store for years. I can’t say enough about their patience, product knowledge, technical expertise & above average customer service. Kudos & thank you!
