The customer service rep told me I needed a new phone when actually all I needed was a battery!! sold me a phone that I didn't want or needed to make a bigger sale!! That is awful!!
I was stressed out to the max about to go on vacation because I downloaded a bad app. Craig saved the day in 10 seconds and brought my appetite back!
If I could give Verizon 0 stars I would. First off why does no one answer the phone at this location doesn’t matter what time of day you call nobody answers the phone. Then Verizon employees are all incompetent and never actually help with any inquiries you have. Verizon is absolute garbage. Run, this company sucks.
