This review is for a particular tech who helped me the afternoon of Friday 5/22 at the N. Attleboro store. My overall experience was positive and the communication was timely and professional. But the highlight of my visit was the service and commitment to my satisfaction that Willow demonstrated. All I know is if I need help with my hardware or the technology Verizon provides, I will visit this location and ask to see Willow. He gets the job done.
Just switched to Verizon and I've been really impressed with the service! The staff was super helpful in answering all my questions and made the transition smooth. Plus, the coverage is fantastic—definitely worth the upgrade!
