Lady that helped me (wish I remembered her name) was very helpful and had a personality that did align with mine, so it made this interaction easier. I'd give you 4 stars but I do believe you still charge us customers too much for towers that already exist. Your short reply will be "it's for maintenance of the towers" my short reply to that is "make better products that need less maintenance".
Really enjoyed working with Noah to get new phones for my wife and daughter. He helped eliminate some charges for services I didn't need and managed to get them both new phones for free and to keep my monthly payment the same. Verizon can still be a pain with all their plans and pricing adjustments but Noah was very capable and friendly.

Lady really didn't want to help or be bothered by our request and problem. We really wanted to upgrade our phones.
