Phone quit charging on the charging port. Gal helped me to get it working again. Mine is a S 10 +. Have had it a long time. I really did not want to spend $150 a month to get the new S 25 Ultra. Nice phone but $1800.00 a year for a high class phone isn't that important to me. Thanks for getting my old one working again. I know it's just a matter of time.
