Love hate relationship with them.
Really good people went in nothing for service just to charge my phone and let me charge my phone to full batteries plus with good customer service really respectful and even gave me a water bottle on a hot day
Always greeted with a smile. no question is a stupid question. the guys are helpful.They make one feel welcome they strive to help with your budget or mine anyway.only thing they couldn't do is give me the awesome Internet my company paid for but now retired not available in my area not their fault. HAPPY to have another great phone.
I had a fantastic customer service experience here. Kieran helped me after I had disabled my internal SIM on an overseas trip. He quickly fixed my phone and then also helped me update my account info since it had some old addresses and inaccurate info. It was such a relief to have it fixed and it was a great process overall. If you are a Verizon customer, head to this location for great support.
