Promised a cheaper price for trading in our phones for upgrades in may but here we are in September and I have to keep spending hours at the Verizon store on my days off trying to figure out why my service isn’t what they promised and also how is it legal for them to raise my service up $2.00 when I already signed a contract should have kept my old phones been nothing but a headache
Worst customer service ... they dont know what they are even doing
Waited 45 minutes for help, we came in for the promotion of adding a free line if I bring a device, the promotion was shown on the large screen inside the store, they refused to honor it and tried to charge me $30 more per month. Would not recommend this location. They called after I filled out a survey and told me the employee should have taken a picture and sent it to corporate and honor the promotion advertised, how about you train your employees instead of telling me how to handle them?
