Tired to upsell me on phones and plans when I provided specific requests. Then, the employees tried to tell me the phone I wanted would be $30 per month despite the quote online being $10, and that there was nothing they could do. Left and called a Verizon agent, who easily took care of me. 5/5 to the phone agent, 0/5 to this store. Disappointing experience after specifically choosing this Verizon store for over a decade. Never again.

Do not come to this store unless you want to be discriminated against and your postpaid account closed for no reason …
Promised a cheaper price for trading in our phones for upgrades in may but here we are in September and I have to keep spending hours at the Verizon store on my days off trying to figure out why my service isn’t what they promised and also how is it legal for them to raise my service up $2.00 when I already signed a contract should have kept my old phones been nothing but a headache
Worst customer service ... they dont know what they are even doing
