⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nick was very helpful and professional. He greeted me right away, took the time to sit down with me, and clearly explained the upgrade options for my wife’s phone. I really appreciated how transparent and honest he was instead of making me feel pressured into buying anything. He answered my questions, gave helpful recommendations, and even gave me his card in case I wanted to follow up. Great customer service and a really good experience overall.
Def recommend coming to this location, in person!! had an older phone and ofc it started randomly glitching/freezing. brought it to Verizon, where Roberto was able to troubleshoot the issue, figure out what was going on, and get everything working properly again. gotta say I appreciate his patience and ability to technically explain/walk me through the steps so I understood what he was doing and how to prevent the issue from happening again. I had a great experience working with Roberto. He made the whole process of switching phone providers incredibly simple and stress-free for both me and my wife.
