Waited 45 minutes for help, we came in for the promotion of adding a free line if I bring a device, the promotion was shown on the large screen inside the store, they refused to honor it and tried to charge me $30 more per month. Would not recommend this location. They called after I filled out a survey and told me the employee should have taken a picture and sent it to corporate and honor the promotion advertised, how about you train your employees instead of telling me how to handle them?
Would not recommend if you need anything besides purchasing something especially technical support. Please go to a different store.
Way too busy. They were doing a good job, but understaffed. Management needs to hire more knowledgeable staff to help those staffers already there. We ended up leaving & going to a competitor.
