They are very knowledgeable, BUT, they are extremely slow. Takes forever for someone to approach you when you're waiting.
I went to this store on a weekday to get assistance in activating my new iPhone 16 I had picked up a couple days earlier from another Verizon store. I had to wait a little while to get help as they were somewhat busy, so I patiently waited. One of the store’s associates, Tanner, asked me what I needed help with. Had a bit of a wait time, but when they got to us, they were very thorough. Matt helped us update our phones and get the best deal on our plan, very happy with the service we received there.
