Nick and Alex truly made me again feel that this Verizon store really values their customers. I arrived at my 10:00 appointment and both Nick and Alex greeted us. They had reviewed the notes from my 2 hour and 15 minutes tech call the day before and went to work. I went in the store to exchange my new phone and start all over again.
