The porting department couldn't seem to activate my phone today, so they directed me here. A dark-haired lady assisted us and activated our line incredibly fast. We were so grateful. They are amazing—everyone is working busily and efficiently!
Stopped into Verizon Watchung Store again today. Had a problem with my phone. Destiny greeted us and had our issue resolved within 15 minutes. She was wonderful, answered our questions and gave us some excellent advice and help. Thank you so much Destiny, you are awesome

Julio helped my mother in law upgrade her phone. Both my mother-in-law and wife made it very clear to him that they did not want any of the other lines touched. All of a sudden, my line now has perks that cost $10/month. Mistakes happen, but when you’ve been a VERIZON customer for 20 years and the same thing happens every single time over and over, it is not by coincidence, clearly it is unethical sales practice.
