It was time to turn in our old phones and upgrade to a newer iPhone. Since our past experiences at other Verizon stores (non Corporate) were less than pleasant we kept our phones longer than we should have. This time we went to Verizon in Watchung a Corporate store! Extremely rude staff. Do not go to this location
Do not go to this store if you are planning to switch wireless carriers. The customer service is horrendous and the employees know minimal. They were very unclear when we switched carriers of multiple items, causing our bill each month to be double or triple of what we were quoted in the store.
