Absolutely awful experience. A rep came to my house, and when I told him I was short on time, he said the process would be expedited and wouldn't take long. He convinced me to switch from AT&T, and I did. I was transferring two numbers and upgrading to a new phone. Less than an hour later, I realized the phone was being shipped to an unknown address and that the address on my paperwork was incorrect. Busy Store! I didn't have an appt, but needed to settle up a billing issue. My case was a little involved, but Mario helped me out and I was able to get it all sorted. Kudos to him and the team there, it was very busy this evening and they handled the work well.

RACIST LOCATION !!! They only want to deal with hispanic and white people !!! i spoke to mario on the phone he stated if i had any problems with my account he would help i get there today and he never come to the floor guess he seen i was black he never came to the front i kept asking the other workers are you mario they just kept saying no no one took the initiative to actually go get mario which is the store manager i ended up calling the fraud department to find out they cancelled my order in the store
