Stopped into Verizon Watchung Store again today. Had a problem with my phone. Destiny greeted us and had our issue resolved within 15 minutes. She was wonderful, answered our questions and gave us some excellent advice and help. Thank you so much Destiny, you are awesome

Julio helped my mother in law upgrade her phone. Both my mother-in-law and wife made it very clear to him that they did not want any of the other lines touched. All of a sudden, my line now has perks that cost $10/month. Mistakes happen, but when you’ve been a VERIZON customer for 20 years and the same thing happens every single time over and over, it is not by coincidence, clearly it is unethical sales practice.

Stopped in to upgrade my phone, was greeted by all three employees and was gratefully approached by Derek. A very respectful, polite and professional young man. He was very helpful, quick, efficient and informative. He was very honest and thorough with explaining Plans and Trade-In prices. Unfortunately we learned that the Westfield store devalued my Mothers trade in back in March almost $600!! Derek takes care and effort with his customers, unlike the Westfield staff!
