Do not go to this store if you are planning to switch wireless carriers. The customer service is horrendous and the employees know minimal. They were very unclear when we switched carriers of multiple items, causing our bill each month to be double or triple of what we were quoted in the store. What a horrible company!! Never again will I ever use this company! I was offered $220 for 7 lines. My 1st month was over $500 since they signed me up for all their additional services (netflix, and other crap) without my permission. Month after month of calling customer service and waiting... but finally agreed to $250 a month. Then, the international charges came. I dont know anyone abroad!
