I switched from AT&T to Verizon at the Bee Cave location in May 2025 and traded in 5 phones under the promise that Verizon would pay off my remaining AT&T installment balances if I provided my AT&T bills. I submitted everything they asked for right away. It’s now August 2025, and Verizon has still not paid off my AT&T balance. I just received a bill from AT&T for $2,599.53 for the devices I traded in. I had a very difficult situation, and Antonio and Dave went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely heard and valued throughout the process. After visiting multiple Verizon locations with no resolution, this was the first time I felt supported and actually got the help I needed. I highly recommend working with them, they truly care and know what they’re doing.
With Katie temporarily not at this location, this store has gone downhill. The store manager was very rude to me.
BEWARE OF THIS STORE...RUDE AND AGGRESSIVE manager and employee. I witnessed the same employee mistreating the customer before me and then was condescending and rude to me as well. The manager is worse and racist, consistent with the other review left here 6 days ago!
Horrendous service. Antonio the manager of this store is an absolute disgrace. Lacks communication ability and is overly aggressive. Cancelling my 4 iPhone Pro Max plans.
