not helpful, big attitudes, opens late
Went in to buy the new Galaxy Z Fold 7. We waited 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. After asking for help, an employee registered us and told us it would be about 15 minutes. Twenty minutes later, someone finally approached, very friendly and knowledgeable, but unfortunately, he was on the business side and couldn’t help us complete the purchase. Representative we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
Waited for what seemed like forever because both sales reps had customers already. When we finally got seen the woman's attitude changed dramatically when she realized we only wanted to buy a kids smartwatch. The way she told me she had to run my credit was said in such a rude way I was done with the store. Maybe more training is needed on understanding your product because each question I had the answer was "it should work"or "maybe"
