I went to Verizon to drop off my phone, since I got a new one. Nick welcomed me when I stepped in the store. I explained to him I was dropping the phone off, but I didn’t know how to erase everything. He said no problem & he took it from there. He made this whole process extremely easy. He is extremely nice & very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Verizon store & Nick.
My experience today at the central avenue yonkers store with Mike was stellar. He is a knowledgeable customer service representative with a very calming and even temperment. He went above and beyond to resolve my issue despite my apparent aggravated disposition with the 800 customer service personnel and for that i appreciate his humanity. He is deserving of the highest rating and quarterly percentage increase allowable to him.. you need five more just like him in every storefront.
