Manager refused to accept a trade in phone within the trade in period after my wife purchased a new phone. I told her that I was leaving the phone there along with all the information necessary to process the trade in. She said she intended to lie and claim that she did not know that this phone was being dropped off as a trade in, and instead turn the phone in to Verizon as "lost in the store". I don't know if she will actually go through with this fraud, but I guess we will see if the trade in value gets credited to our acc... read more
