I was here last week and the Sr. Manager Naiya was so helpful!!! She was so patient and she found the best deals for me. She expressed professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable. She made my experience very pleasant and I will be recommending everyone to go to this store. Definitely the best customer service experience being a customer for 19 years!! Terrible customer service! At the time of purchasing new 2 new phones, we were told by our sales person that we had 30 days to trade in our older iPhones, as we weren’t sure if that’s what we wanted to do. So approximately one week later we decide to go back and turn in the older devices. We were then told that wasn’t the case and we were out of luck since changes were not longer allowed on my account.
