We want to give high regards for service by Kapili Gleason at the Lihue location. My husband list his cell phone traveling from Oklahoma and didn’t realize it until we were on board the airplane to Kauai. Being senior citizens and technology illiterate Kapili was able to help us get a replacement phone delivered to our hotel then brought it back to Verizon to load all the information back on. Kapili was very knowledgeable and informative on getting our replacement. Thank you Kapili for all your help. Mike
I went in on 7/7 and Kelly helped me. She went above and beyond for my mom. a co-workers came to her for advice and she was able to give them advice and multi-task with a 2nd customer and 2nd co-worker with questions. She stayed calm and was friendly and still managed to go above and beyond for me!

One of the employees, Ray was very helpful despite being busy w other customers. I’ve had some issues w Verizon customer service to put my name under account manager, but Ray really helped me out by setting up a 3 way call w the customer service line to set up my account the right way. I appreciate all the effort he put in and also going above and beyond his customer service skill.
We show up today to get new phones. The rep at the door was friendly enough. Took my name and number. Put me in a queue, but then said there were 7 people in front of us, and it would be at least an hour. We had another errand to do, so I told him we'd be back in 45 minutes. He said, but if you are not here, you lose your place in line. I said we'll take that chance, since we were going to sit there for at least an hour.
