Brad and James were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain everything with my upgrade. They found several discounts for my wife and I. They tripled checked everything and got us in and out! Great customer service from great people!!

Waited for an hour for a Sim card swap to be told they don't have physical sim cards. We specifically told the guy adding us to the queue when we got to the store that's what we were there for. This store seems to be unable to accommodate more than one customer at a time, even with what seems like an army of employees.

Had to wait 30 minutes just to drop off a trade in. All the while having to listen to a store associate trying to convinced an 85 year old to stay with Verizon. When I asked to see the manager, I was given a delaying tactic. When I did finally get to leave, they were still holding that poor woman hostage using cheap sales tricks. Definitely not coming back here.

I waited for 20 mins and the rep talked me out of a sale. Telling me the phone I wanted to upgrade to was the same phone I had. Wow that guy is in the wrong field!
