If you are not purchasing a new phone, buying other equipment or adding a service to your account to generate revenue, AVOID this store at all cost. I purchased a new phone on line and went in the store to activate and the staff was uninterested. I end up activating my phone on my own and spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon to activate other features. I was totally disappointed. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER visit again.

I got there as soon as they opened and they were packed. I got paired with Ricardo and he fixed my SIM card issue really quickly. much appreciated.
