I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your Springfield Plaza store. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the representatives, James, was disappointing. I felt that my concerns weren’t addressed properly, and the level of assistance did not meet Verizon’s usual standards of customer service. If you are not purchasing a new phone, buying other equipment or adding a service to your account to generate revenue, AVOID this store at all cost. I purchased a new phone on line and went in the store to activate and the staff was uninterested. I end up activating my phone on my own and spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon to activate other features. I was totally disappointed. Very poor customer service. Will NEVER visit again.
