Fantastic service
This store has DEFINITELY gone down hill. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in. I had 2 sales people tell me 2 different things, and they won't help you with any issues because they say they are now independently owned, so all problem solving you have to call customer service (611). They don't even try to help.
I went into Verizon today in Forsyth and Zach helped me. He went above and beyond all expectations. Transfer data and help me set up Phone as well. 100000 gold stars for Zach!!!!!
