Zack & Karol are 2 of the most unprofessional people in the store, Braxton is horrible too beware they tack on insurance and additional features without asking or letting you know. I dropped those meaningless features asap Sales huh more like jokes this location needs new staff or closed immediately I will be reporting these 3 for their rude behavior.
Poor customer service or lack there of.
I’ve had to visit several times and every time it’s a difficult experience…and I witness others having a difficult experience. I hope it improves because I’ve been with them for a couple of years.
