We went in for assistance with a phone problem not a purchase. The greeting was superficial, and the young woman who attempted to help us told us there was nothing they could do to help with our situation. We went to the Verizon store by Target and two employees helped us and solved the problem. We will never go back to the first store.
I’ve had to visit several times and every time it’s a difficult experience…and I witnessed others having a difficult experience. I hope it improves because I’ve been with them for a couple of years.
Very good service but the price was way too much for me
