Came in with a broken phone. Left with a new phone. Rebecca is a genius and super cool. She had to hand off the task to a manager whose name I can’t remember but she was amazing and got things finished. She installed the screen protectors front and back. Usually nothing in life is smooth but my experience was at this store.
Brett was the best. We were in a hurry and he made sure we got the best deal and upgrade with smooth process. Fabulous service is rare from sales these days.
Terrible experience this morning! Went in there three different times and not one person could help me. I just wanted to replace my phone and the worker there kept telling me to call a number on a piece of paper instead of pulling up my account and walking through it with me. I will not be going back to this store.
