If I could give zero stars I would. Went there to get help with transferring service to another carrier. Immediately I was told how I did everything wrong even though I did what Xfinity told me to. They told me what I needed done couldn’t be done there and told me to call. I had been online with 10 different agents the night before for 3 hours and kept getting dropped. They were also no help. I left T-Mobile for Verizon and the man who sold me this Verizon was dishonest . He told me I was on a 5G plan and I was wondering why my services were slow and I was not . He was dishonest with my bill and was just trying to make my sale . Very shady phone company shady employees at this location
