Love the staff and love the store!
Fallen was so helpful in resetting my wifi speed as I was being overcharged. She was patient explained the process and made me feel like it was an honest customer service experience.
Great service! My daughter and I were in the store a few times over the past week to upgrade her phone. Everyone was extremely helpful. Special shout out to Mike, Q, Brian, Adam, and Andrew. They were all very knowledgeable and polite.
This store is always busy yet my experience has always been Good. Falon handled everything! She was Quick 2 approach me and even quicker with my setup.
Elissa Hicks did a tremendously good job helping me set up my kiddos phones and their Apple Watches ⌚️!!! She helped me set up screen time on both phones…and I am so grateful. She was very helpful in explaining everything slowly and clearly and also with Pizazz.
