If i could give no stars I would the man who helped me was nothing but rude and had no intention of helping me he didn't even look at my phone very unprofessional and you could tell he couldn't be bothered.. went to rockaway verizon the next day and they fixed it in 2.minutes and everyone was more than helpful.. definitely will be going to rockaway store
They just want to sell contracts and phones if there’s any issues with the phone they will just try to sell you another phone and “upgrade” your contact so your bill is higher
