Was time to upgrade our phones and went here, It was a terrible experience. Had to wait for a bit and then they didn’t even try to help. Not only did they not try to offer any deals but wanted to charge us more, then offered $6 off our bill. It seemed liked they wanted us to leave and were very rude. Have been a loyal customer for over a decade and this is what I needed to finally leave.
I went in today upgraded my phone. Sat by myself the majority of the sale. Was wondering about AirPods but my rep was in the back. Put protection on my new phone that I didn’t have on my old phone without asking. Try to go out and do things but seems you get the same experience as online.
Verizon is a breathe of fresh air over optimum. I decided to switch to Verizon 5G after optimum wouldn’t work with me on lowering my bill. It works just as well if not better than cable internet services and the customer service at the store was so refreshing. The first router I received didn’t work and they switched it out for me no questions asked. I am very happy I switched
A+ Recently, I dropped my 5 year iPhone on the ground and cracked the front and back.I compared all carriers and walked into the store. No pressures, Miguel and associates were informative about the various smart phones, Verizon’s plans and my carrier plan; a different company. Miguel was helpful and assisted me with tips on how to use my iPhone to suit my needs. There is something to be said about a human connection than a bot redirecting me in circles. Thank you. I recommend this store for your services.
If i could give no stars I would the man who helped me was nothing but rude and had no intention of helping me he didn't even look at my phone very unprofessional and you could tell he couldn't be bothered.. went to rockaway verizon the next day and they fixed it in 2.minutes and everyone was more than helpful.. definitely will be going to rockaway store
