I was the only person in the store. The 6 salesmen were all standing against the back wall and just stood and stared at me as I walked in. And that was the most positive part of my experience

They assign a different plan than discussed, attach very large bill, then don’t fix the bill and they disconnect you until you pay the amount. I’ve had 3 months of dispute now. I’ve overpaid at least $1000 now. They have not fixed it yet. Every time I go there there are people with similar complaints. I will be reporting this to the NJ Division of Consumer affairs.
I was in this morning shortly after they opened and was greeted by Alyssa. I had an older phone and was having some issues. I was eligible for an upgrade so I wanted to see what my options would be. Alyssa took her time explaining my options, I never felt rushed. She went above and beyond helping me set up my new phone. By far the friendliest and most helpful Verizon employee I have met. Thank you!
