So I just got my first bill at Verizon, I was told my bill would only be $200 and some every month, and my first bill is $508.51!!!!!!! This is bull crap! We were also told that our phones were free and were getting charged $40 for each device we have!!! This is ridiculous!!!!
Went to Verizon in Calcutta to help my Dad get an upgraded phone with all of the holiday promotions going on. We had the pleasure of working with Jada, and she made the process so smooth and simple. Sometimes updating phones can be confusing, but she explained everything in detail and ran through all of the options with us. We really appreciated the help and wanted to recognize her for her wonderful customer service! Thank you!!
