My mom and I had the most pleasant experience at Verizon the day before Christmas Eve. We were helped by Bam, who was so patient, kind, and honest with us the whole time we were there. We both got new phones and he helped us through each step of setting them up. It was seamless! He was so honest about plan options which we really appreciated.
