Today I went into Verizon and had such exceptional care from Will (usually at the New Haven store). He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and just a pleasure. Was such a nice experience and I walked out with a new iPhone 18!
Josiah was amazing and the best experience with new phones and tablets for a great price. He lets you see all the numbers.

Last month I came to this store to get a new phone and opened a new Verizon account. Upon reviewing my bill, I realized that the customer service rep seemed to have opened a line on my old phone (iphone11) without my consent. He caused an increase to my charges by over $30 for a phone I haven’t used in 5 years. I got it resolved with corporate, but this was very disappointing and I will not be returning to this location.
