I cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Tara. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood our plans. What a gem Verizon has in having her as an employee.
Go there and see Carlos. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at technology store. Get this man a raise for real. Can’t stress it enough how amazing he was. Never in my life did I think the words “I had a great experience at Verizon” would come out of my mouth so if you feel the same, go see Carlos
I hardly do reviews, but I had to share this experience. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 10 years and have never had service this poor. This was my first time at this location, and I was the last customer of the day. I upgraded my phone in under 20 minutes with just a boxed phone—no bag, no courtesy. The associate seemed irritated, questioned someone else’s work pouch, and responded sarcastically to a nearby customer.
