OK, Barbara is one of the most intelligent brightest people I have ever met in dealing with iPhones besides that she is very kind and understanding. I hope that she remains with you and you are very lucky to have a person like her working at your store.

Great staff! I had an issue with my phone and the manager was great he explained what could be done and provided great customer service. I then had to return to the store 4 additional times because of issues with the replacement devices. The staff was very professional and went above and beyond to ensure my service was restored. I wish I remembered the man's name he was a manager and Barbara. Great team, thanks for everything!!!!

Donald was a huge help through the entire process of getting our phone service situated and our phone traded in. Another reason I continue to be a Verizon customer.

The manager needs some customer service training. He's not a kind person and doesn't help in any way. He is a bully. I was in 3 days in a row trying to get help with my phone and I found that I'm not the only one that notices his attitude problem. He's very condescending and rude. The employees are nice but they don't run the business. They look to him to control everything they don't understand and if he's not your friend then he's going to bully you.
