I ordered a new iPhone for pickup at this location and retrieved it from the locker without any issues. Afterward, I went to a small table in the corner to unwrap the phone, turn it on, and make sure it was working properly. At that point, a female employee told me that if I was going to set up the phone there, I would be charged for using the WiFi and for setting up the phone. I had an exceptional experience at Verizon, all thanks to Alex. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.
