Please change yall open time. 10am in my opinion is a bit of a drag for a phone store to open. Should be 9 or 9:30am at least. How I place an order, it’s ready for “pickup” but the store ain’t open 😂. Make it make sense.
Not a good vibe when I entered and employee was ok.
Unless you plan on getting a new cell phone this store won't help you. We went in with an issue because we wanted to change a name on an account the guy just told us to call because it would be too difficult to help. We said we're leaving Verizon and he said ok. What happened to customer service? Terrible store, don't go they won't help you unless you're trying to upgrade your phone. I ended up leaving Verizon thank god. Go to AT&T!
