Pésima atención al cliente, he venido dos veces queriendo contratar el servicio y las dos veces me han atendido con mala actitud Si no están capacitados para atención al Cliente no deberían estar ahí.

Terrible customer service. Our Frontier sales rep told us to go to a Verizon company store to get whatever discounts were available since we have both services. When we went into the store, the sales agent laughed at us and said "Why would we offer you promotions, you are already a customer of both of our services so we gain nothing out of giving you a discount". I would not recommend coming to this location if you want any help.

Thank you Donald for all your help! I contacted Verizon customer service multiple times to assist me with previous bills. I needed a detailed bill for pay off purposes, and no one was able to help me. However, all the representatives told me they no longer have access to my Account and are unable to assist me. I went to the Trumbull location at White Plains Road and was told to try this location as they are a corporate location and may be able to assist me. OK, Barbara is one of the most intelligent brightest people I have ever met in dealing with iPhones besides that she is very kind and understanding. I hope that she remains with you and you are very lucky to have a person like her working at your store.
