Had such a great experience with Luis Perez at the Verizon store on Bedford street in Stamford! I was on my way to get my iPhone fixed at the Apple Store, and decided to pop in to Verizon just to see what my options might be and I'm SO glad that i did. Luis was beyond helpful, professional, friendly and communicative. I was in and out of the store with a new phone in an hour and all of my needs were met, and more! I can’t say how grateful I am that I found this Verizon location! I stopped by 3 others and no one could help me, or even seemed like they wanted to honestly. Then I met Val. She was patient and helpful. Even though she didn’t cause the issue, she walked me all the way to the finish line. I’ll be shopping here from now on.
