I have an autistic brother who went to the store with a problem with his phone. He was told he needed a new one. They sold him the most expensive phone - over $800, which he didn’t need and has a hard time using. They also didn’t give him a trade in in the phone he was turning in and didn’t grieve him the sale price on the phone he purchased. They are not to be trusted.

Benjamin helped me through transitioning my company phones to upgraded phones with one employee in another state so he accomplished this task virtually . I could not have managed this process on my own. He was thoughtful and patient as he talked us through switching phone numbers that were assigned to incorrect phones that were shipped to me. I have been a Verizon business customer for 24 years and always pleased with the attention I have gotten especially today!
