The manager there was super helpful for fixing my bill.
I can’t say how grateful I am that I found this Verizon location! I stopped by 3 others and no one could help me, or even seemed like they wanted to honestly. Then I met Val. She was patient and helpful. Even though she didn’t cause the issue, she walked me all the way to the finish line. I’ll be shopping here from now on.
