My last visit had to be the quickest upgrade I have done in years.
Verizon is the worst phone service by a mile. They continually up your different charges on your account without telling you and when you call if you ask for the numbers to change the phone randomly hangs up, they try to not refund you, and then eventually after you spend hours talking to different agents they finally fix the problem. DO NOT go with Verizon. Use another service if you don't want hidden fees and terrible customer service.

It is sad that you can't even call this store for a simple question . All calls go to an 800 number and good speaking to someone. After you get help, they try to sell you more, don't say OK or you will be sold something more on your account, beware!!! I had to stop them from cont talking or hang up.
