I feel sorry for the employees at this Verizon store. They try to do their jobs, but Verizon has declared war on its customers, and nothing they do ever works. Something as simple as getting a new phone NEVER works right, and the employees aren't empowered to fix the problem. Verizon has wasted so much of my time over the years, and I have poured so much money down the toilet with them, I just absolutely hate them. Worst company ever!!!
Wish I could leave no stars. Young inexperienced workers in capable of dealing compassionately with frustrated customers. Verizon completely dropped the ball and after 3 hrs of customer "lack of" support sent us to a store for assistance and the female Manager and another co worker proceeded to spend more time back tracking and acting like Verizon did nothing wrong after they spend 3 hours trying to rectify their mistake of porting a number to a eSim locked phone prematurely when they literally stated they would unlock the e... read more
The worst customer service … you cannot call into the store & promises are not met to call back. Repeatedly with different associates explaining the situation. If Emory got his commission @ the Coeurd’Alene, Idaho Verizon store … and promises to call back… why don’t you fulfill the call back!! Impossible to get any management support .
Worthless customer service. Wouldn’t help me transfer my data to my new phone. Told me I could trade in my old phone, and I specifically asked if I would still get the rebate if my screen was cracked and was told that it “was no problem” and I’d still get the rebate. Turns out that’s not accurate and now I have an additional monthly charge of over $100 that I was assured I would not have. Wouldn’t have gotten a new phone if I had known this. This company seriously lacks integrity.
Dropped my trade in off at this store like I was told to do. I do not live in this city and they still have not processed my trade in. I cannot reach anyone who can help me.
