I was having issues applying for the Verizon Credit card at home and came in for help. Zach and Jeremy went above and beyond for me, without even trying! Today was my breaking point.. ever single time I come to this location for help with my phone they are extremly rude to me and their attitude is terrible. I am sick of them being rude to me and treating me like complete garbage. If I wasnt stuck with them in a contract and I owe them over 1,000 dollars on my phone I would be long gone. I traded in my iPhone to get $1,000 off my phone I got with them and I wish I never did because I cant stand how they treat customers.
