Never have had a good experience with Verizon. So much better to go to 3rd party vendor..... Best buy, Target or even Walmart. So much easier and better when buying or upgrading a phone.

A huge disappointment. I moved my lines from T-Mobile to Verizon because the reps here promised a promotion that would pay off my old bill and phone. They told me to pay off the old account myself and said a reimbursement debit card would be mailed to my house. Months went by, the card never showed up, and when I went back to ask about it, the staff played dumb. They denied the whole thing and pretended they didn't know what I was talking about. Very dishonest business practices—do not trust their verbal promises
