This one star is for Verizon on Hilltop in Redding. My elderly father who is also a Vietnam veteran went into this store alone. I usually would have gone with him but I was not feeling well that day. When my father returned home I was shocked to see a box full of items that the sales person named Sam talked him into buying. My father was told that he needed these items which was entirely not true. I immediately told my father to return the entire box. Management here will do a whole bunch of fancy word play waste your time tell you what they can do just to find out that's not what the case is because oh something changed in their computer well you couldn't have said that in the beginning. Don't lead people on and then when they get there you waste their time their family's time just have the end result of you can't help us. In short-terms they overpromise management over promises and then they underperform.
