Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Came in to switch my plan from a competitor and buy a couple phones and all sorts of stuff. Wandered around the store for almost 30 minutes without an employee even looking at me or acknowledging my existence. They would have rather helped the several groups of people who walked in behind me than ask me if I needed help. Small, very limited as far as supplies and accessories. Needed phone worked on they do not do the repairs needed but did give a recommendation of where to try. Seems like it is mostly aimed at selling not fixing. Convenient location not busy when we went, both pluses.
I came in this morning needing a cord for my car play. When I explained the issue to the gentleman that I worked with, he went the extra mile and got his manager to help me out! I left quickly, efficiently and my CarPlay works. Great thank you guys so much!!!
Verizon needs to do better. I was on the chat from 10:30am and still on at 1:55pm just trying to see where my new phone is. This is insane.
