Went in last month to get a new router for my Internet for my business after leaving with my new Internet a month later I received an additional router that I never asked for in the mail with an additional line for no reason whatsoever this line was not explained to me at alll. This did not lower my bill or keep it the same price. Very shady and I would avoid especially doing anything with your business account here. Absolutely horrible! The employees have ZERO knowledge of what they're selling. I got STUCK with a ridiculous payment and a ton of lines I don't need because the guy who took care of me didn't look at the whole account. He told me that my Galaxy was paid off so I could trade it in, only to call customer service and find out, after the bill came back WAY BIGGER, that I have another YEAR on it.
