There is no formal queue line and the workers do not know how to do anything. They had to keep going to the back to ask someone a bunch of questions but the mystery person they kept talking to never came onto the floor to help. Very disappointing.
Verizon one of the biggest carriers of all but you still got to wait an hour and a half to see somebody at one point I seen four employees on one person
Terrible experience at this Verizon store. Lied to by the sales staff. Talked me into a higher priced phone than I originally wanted and they assured me they could give me a "deal" and promised me the higher priced phone for the same price as the one I initially wanted. Then they tried to scam me into a different plan which would've cut some of my services and increased my bill.
