Went in to Verizon on a Sunday to get a new phone for my husband (his died). We worked with Whitney. She did a wonderful job and explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately the phone was supposed to arrive in 1 day, but ended up taking three days to receive it. We took it back and worked with another person…..he was not helpful at all.
