Went to Verizon on Tuesday August 19 ten minutes before closing. I had deleted an app on my phone by mistake. I didn’t know what I had did. The employee was so kind so gentle and asked if I had my password, I replied yes, “I wrote it down” he reinstalled my app and I was on my way with minutes to spare. Great customer service with no attitude with it being so close to closing time.
Absolutely horrible service. Came in was ignored by everyone except one nice lady. The person who came to help was clearly bothered and had an attitude. Then when we were browsing around waiting for our other person to show up we heard them discussing about how despite not wanting to help customers and talk to them “ it’s all apart of the job” is their response. Mind you they weren’t quiet or hidden they were just in the back corner all speaking to each other. Would not recommend coming in just shop online.
Store is closed till 11 as it's posted on the door NOT online because why would you post it online. Then when you get there at 11 it's still not open and at 1140 someone drives up and tells you it's at 12 now. your figured when you get a notification that your online order is ready... They could tell you that so you don't waste hours of your time.
