Worst customer service I've ever had. Changed over to a buisness account with Gerardo. It took weeks to even get that done. He was unable to change one of the lines over and we had to change to a new phone/number for one of the lines. Gerardo stated that we would be getting credits for 3 different things. We never received any of them. I reached out to him by text and email MANY times with NO response. I had to go to the store 4 times to try and get it all fixed. I called the listed store number to discuss an Ins claim. The automated service said there was an 8 minute wait. " Select a call back for faster service". I received a call back a few minutes later. When I answered the message said your agent has ended the call. It then disconnected me. I went through this twice. I decided to stop wasting my time with their automated service. I drove to the store and waited another 20 minutes. The quality of customer service on the corporate & local end is really sad.
Since literally day 1 I have had issues with Verizon. They couldn’t set my business accounts up correctly or my bills and I was driving an hour once a month to have my bills adjusted. Verizon keeps raising my bills (4 times in less than a year!!) NOT the amount I signed my contract for. Customer Service is the WORST. My account manager Gerardo Diaz also does not return my texts or calls to address any of my concerns. He only cares about selling services and products not about his customers. So unprofessional.
