Kristin was so helpful, kind and very funny. We had a few technical issues she worked out for us while also being super fun to talk to. 10/10 she was amazing!
I had such a great experience at Verizon Wireless in Crystal Lake. The staff is amazing—so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bill, Kristin, and our sale rep Zia took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. If you’re looking for excellent service and a team that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend this location!
I have been to the Crystal Lake Verizon location twice now with my elderly mom. Both times I went in expecting a mess and a long visit, but had superb customer service. This last visit with RT was phenomenal. He really took care of my mom and transferring her line, going above and beyond. Can’t thank him enough for a positive experience.
Worst customer service I've ever had. Changed over to a buisness account with Gerardo. It took weeks to even get that done. He was unable to change one of the lines over and we had to change to a new phone/number for one of the lines. Gerardo stated that we would be getting credits for 3 different things. We never received any of them. I reached out to him by text and email MANY times with NO response. I had to go to the store 4 times to try and get it all fixed.
