Verizon wireless and trying to work with this store has been a nightmare. About 5 years ago I met with the store Mgr. Gerardo who talked me into a business plan for my needs and then gave me the price I should be seeing on my bills. Worst customer service, get treated like a leper when I come here. One of the reps Matt Black was professional the first time and gave me his card to text him and activate my new phone where I just switched from at&t to Verizon, but when I tried texting him twice he not only didn't reply, but when I came into the store I was completely ignored and mean mugged. I have had too many bad experiences for this location to still be in business, they are incompetent. I was misled about my coverage for my iPhone which created a slurry of other issues. It turned out when i went to a different location to activate a phone i had to buy the lady at the verizon store said I actually did have coverage and that my phone would be replaced. In the interim i had no phone for 2 weeks which costed me lots of business, that was 4 weeks ago and im still waiting for my replacement phone now. That is one ... read more
We bought 4 phones on 12/19/25 and worked with Bennie who seemed nice and appeared to know what he was doing. We came from Xfinity and needed to get a rebate for the amount we had to pay Xfinity. Benny told us the paperwork we provided was all we needed to submit for the rebate. He also told we do not need to send back to Verizon our old phones.
