RT is the best
Hassan was awesome! Highly recommend him if you’re looking to get a phone or have any questions. I’ve been with t-mobile for 21 years and switched to Verizon thanks to his help and patience in explaining plans and everything to me. He also made sure I didn’t miss out o any of the perks or specials Verizon was offering for me to switch over!
Been having issues with my new phone 15 days outside of the 30 day replacement period. Went to the store and they gave me no options but to use an upgrade from another phone on my plan and charge me $40, to replace a phone that doesn't work that I had for 2 months. I warrantied the phone instead and received a phone in the wrong color with scratches on the back (I'm still paying for a new phone). I would say in the past my rating would be much lower… but super smooth in and out with two new devices and 4 accessories…
Verizon wireless and trying to work with this store has been a nightmare. About 5 years ago I met with the store Mgr. Gerardo who talked me into a business plan for my needs and then gave me the price I should be seeing on my bills. After multiple attempts to work with him and many excuses and promises that it will get lowered it only kept going up year after year.
