20 yr business customer walked in the the store to buy a tablet for one of my kids...after walking around trying to find a place to check-in for more than 5 minutes.... Mr. Acevedo waved me over without leaving the high-top desk with "Yo... you need help?"... it took about 2 minutes before I decided to end the discussion leave the store due to Mr. Acevedo's unwillingness to look into a question I had about a trade-in credit...I found out today I continue to have a pending order with his name on it for the same tablet... I feel bamboozled. I worked with Gerardo, who at first seemed very helpful and accommodating, convincing me to switch from my regular phone plan to business, ensuring me it would be a cheaper deal while presenting the numbers on a scrap piece of paper. Very dissatisfied with the switch to Verizon from T-Mobile. My bill is more than I was promised, I have no insurance on any of my devices as promised. Gerardo talked a great game, and as I waited for all these “credits” to hit…nothing changed. Called and spoke with customer service last month and she assured me that she could take 15% off my bill with no problem and then for the rest of the items I should go to the store.
