First off I must say that my experience with Gerardo was absolutely stellar, he upgraded my business plan. We got better service and saved money as well, he helped provide excellent knowledge and information and he helped set me on the better path, I highly recommend for Verizon business, it was an absolute pleasure.
Went in to get two new charging cords for my phone gave the make and model of said phone and was sold two faulty cords that aren't for it and bc the box is open like last time I know I'll be told I can't return to get proper cords never will return this is ridiculous

The customer service here is ridiculous. Was on the phone with suponer support spoke to 4 different agents for about 4 hours to not even have my issue resolved. I was told over the phone y a supervisor that I could stop in to this location and pick up a replacement router with no hassle and that is not what happened. The employee here said my account showed an order that he couldn’t cancel had me call sutomer support and have been waiting for 35 min on the phone now.
