When I went in on 6/24/25 to replace my device, the store engaged in fraud and added a line without my approval, as well as changed my two line’s plans without my approval. This has been escalated to the Verizon fraud team for investigation.
I was very disappointed in this location. I went to pick up a brand new phone that I purchased and they refused to help me set it up just told me to go home and follow instructions. I told them I purchased the phone And had it shipped to the store because I needed help and I was assured that somebody would help me. Three employees stood there with absolutely nobody in the store and refused to help me set up my phone, I wanted to buy a screensaver and the guy told me that I should just get it from Amazon because it’s cheaper ... read more
Went in with my brother as he was having issue with his own phone. I ended up leaving T Mobile for Verizon (I’ve been with Sprint/TMobile for 25 years) with a new phone 5 years newer (IPhone 16 ProMax) , no cost to me and no change in my bill. Spread the word on the great deals right now! Best part is the staff was super friendly, smart and very efficient. And I was out in like 15 minutes. Thanks guys! And highly recommend!
The network with the most 5g coverage hands down, but for some reason no home 5g internet available in my area!
